Kingdom Come Concrete was selected to complete the concrete scope for a large-scale multifamily residential development in the Buena Vista neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. This project involved approximately 15,000 square feet of slab on grade construction along with a series of cast-in-place stem walls and retaining walls across a complex, multi-level site. The scope required careful coordination, precise sequencing, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple concurrent phases of foundation work simultaneously.
The nature of this project presented unique challenges including varied grade changes across the site, tight working conditions within an active urban neighborhood, and the need to maintain strict quality standards across a large and technically demanding concrete scope. Our team approached each phase with the same level of precision and planning that Kingdom Come Concrete brings to every commercial and multifamily project we take on.
From initial layout and reinforcement placement through final slab finishing and wall forming, every element of this project was carefully managed to ensure structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and long-term durability appropriate for a permanent multifamily residential structure. The completed foundation work provides a solid and reliable base for the residential building that will serve the Buena Vista community for decades to come.
